At Elytra we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you request our reports or contact us, for what purpose, and what your rights are.
When you download a report or use a form, we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone, company and the interest you describe. We do not collect sensitive data.
We use your data to deliver the material you requested, respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, send you communications about Elytra services and analyses related to your interest. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We process your data based on your consent, given when you check the form box. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
To operate we use providers acting as processors: HubSpot (CRM and contact management) and Resend (email delivery). Your data is processed on their infrastructure under their own security measures.
We keep your data while a relationship or legitimate interest exists, and delete or anonymize it when you request it or it is no longer needed.
You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, as well as portability, by writing to info@elytra.bio.
