At Elytra we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you request our reports or contact us, for what purpose, and what your rights are.

When you download a report or use a form, we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone, company and the interest you describe. We do not collect sensitive data.
We use your data to deliver the material you requested, respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, send you communications about Elytra services and analyses related to your interest. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We process your data based on your consent, given when you check the form box. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
To operate we use providers acting as processors: HubSpot (CRM and contact management), Resend (email delivery), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API), OVH (hosting of our servers) and artificial intelligence providers that process the text and audio of conversations so our assistants can respond. Some of them process data outside Mexico. Your data is processed on their infrastructure under their own security measures.
If you write to us on WhatsApp at +52 246 208 6256, we process your phone number, your profile name and the content of the messages and files you send us, solely to handle and follow up on your inquiry. Elytra also offers other businesses a platform connected to the WhatsApp Business API of Meta Platforms, Inc. When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account to our platform through Meta's signup flow, Elytra acts as a processor: it handles the messages of that business's customers only on its behalf and following its instructions, and the business remains the controller towards them. WhatsApp messages pass through Meta's infrastructure and are also governed by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Business Terms. We do not use data obtained through WhatsApp or Meta's APIs for purposes other than those described here, and we do not sell it. To ask us to delete that data, write to info@elytra.bio or message us on WhatsApp, and we will confirm once the deletion is complete.
We keep your data while a relationship or legitimate interest exists, and delete or anonymize it when you request it or it is no longer needed.
You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, as well as portability, by writing to info@elytra.bio.
